Danny Kolke - Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer & Founder
Mr. Kolke founded Etelos in May 1999 and led its growth and evolution
for eight years. It is his vision and energy as the key architect that
has driven development of the Etelos Ecosystem, as well as the
company's multitude of successes. The underlying technology and
business concepts are embodied in the Etelos Marketplace™ , the Open
Standards-based Etelos Platform and various applications. Mr. Kolke has
been responsible for the evolution of Etelos, leading the Company from
conception to periods of profitability and growth.
Ahmad Baitalmal - Chief Product ArchitectAhmad brings more than 20 years of development experience to the business and his unique approach to solving customer issues has been instrumental in directing product development and deployment. He is an active leader of the product development team and has experience with Mac OSX, Linux, and Windows based technologies with C, C++, Objective-C, C#, VB (and variants), JAVA, PHP, Python, Pascal, SQL, XML and more.
Michael Jones - Director of Technical ServicesWith more than 21 years of experience in implementing technology in businesses, Michael has consulted with companies including AT&T Wireless, IBM Global Services, Boeing, Microsoft, Weyerhaeuser, Safeco Insurance, Allied Telesyn, MCI, Keane, InterNAP, Traveling Software, ADIC, Vodafone, General Dynamics, Sun Microsystems, Excel and Sequent to name a few. Prior to joining Etelos, Michael managed a Pacific Northwest company specializing in Etelos implementations and successfully delivered over $1,000,000 in Etelos based projects.
Scott Smith - Vice President Marketing
Scott brings more than 25 years of extensive experience as a software engineer, product management, engineering executive, customer experience, sales engineer and marketing executive. Prior to Etelos, Scott pioneered numerous commercial software technologies from development tools technology with Ingres, business rules with Neuron Data, database performance and data replication expert at Ingres, security systems with Gemplus, and customer experience at Satmetrix. Scott is responsible for business development, PR, product marketing and management for Etelos.

Kennedy Brooks - Vice President & General Counsel, and Secretary
Mr.
Brooks is an attorney with more than 30 years of legal and
business experience, primarily in high-tech industries. In addition to
years of private law practice in California and Washington, D.C., he
has been a senior executive in companies that raised more than
$100 million in venture capital investment and has acted as lead
counsel or the senior executive in
more than 100 closed M&A transactions. Mr. Brooks served as the
senior
legal advisor for MicroAge, Computerland, and USWeb, co-founded Centegy
Corp, and also served as COO of Unicess Networks and SVP Business
Development of Wine.com (formerly Virtual Vineyards). He is a graduate
of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and the
University of Maryland School of Law.
